DentaPure® DP40
The DentaPure® DP40 was designed for compliance with the ADA Y2K recommendation to have less than 200 cfu of bacteria in dental unit waterline effluent by the year 2000. It will reliably and effectively do its job. With a DP40 in place there is no need for line cleaning; no need to cut into expensive dynamic instrument tubing and no need for complicated installation or maintenance. Just install and use according to labeling and rest assured that your water will pass all biological quality recommendations.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Class I Medical Device

Installed in the bottle of independent water system.

Installed by quick connect fittings to existing water pickup tube. Installation kit included.

Change after 40 calendar days, or if water consumption records are kept, after 40 liters of water or until the cartridges elute less than 0.5 ppm of iodine.

Elutes 2-6 parts per million of iodine into the water in the dental water lines which reduces biofilms and leaves effluent water at less than 200 cfu.

Iodine ingested by patients is less than the minimum adult daily requirement for iodine. Iodine used is I2 which contains no allergenic proteins.

Used according to Labeling, the DP40 will meet all biological water quality recommendations.
